Heating Instructions 

For best results, thaw before reheating.

To Defrost:

  • Refrigerator (Preferred):
    Place the sealed soup container in the refrigerator and allow to thaw for 12–24 hours.

  • Quick Thaw:
    Place the sealed container in a bowl of cold water for 1–2 hours, changing the water occasionally.

To Reheat:

Stovetop (Recommended):

  1. Pour thawed soup into a saucepan.

  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot (internal temperature of 75°C / 165°F).

  3. Do not boil.

Microwave:

  1. Pour thawed soup into a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Cover loosely.

  3. Heat on high for 2–4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until thoroughly hot.

  4. Let sit for 1 minute before serving.

Note: Do not refreeze after thawing. Consume within 3 days of defrosting for best quality.
