Our Dry Cured Traditional Smoked Bacon has a deep flavour profile that once tasted leaves you longing for more. Each type of bacon we produce has all our love and affection built into the smoking process. Resting is one of the key elements of quality products.

We don’t wet brine, inject or add any liquids to our products. We smoke our products with our secret blend of Natural Wood. Liquid smoke is never ever used in any of our products, it’s actually frowned upon by our team.
