Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Smokey Mountain Foods. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Some products have a small lead time.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Pattaya area provided orders are placed before 13:00 the day before.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

When there are circumstances out of our control or the shipping companies.  Public holidays and weekends.

If you are concerned about a delay, please contact the shipping company about your concern with your tracking number.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Smokey Mountain Foods only ships to addresses within the Thailand Area only.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Delivery.

We are not responsible if you are not home to collect your delivery.

If the address, or phone number you provided us is wrong that’s not our responsibility. You will need to contact our shipping agent with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping company. This can happen from time-to-time rest assured your order is completely looked after in cold storage.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Smokey Mountain Foods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Smokey Mountain Foods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photos of the driver or delivery van and products will help with your claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the Thailand.
