Our Smoked Bacon Lardons are made from the same recipe as our traditional cold smoked bacon with the same care and process. They are great for pastas or salads adding to soups etc. They’ll bring any meal to life.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat 5ml of oil in a frying pan over a moderate/high heat. Place smoked bacon lardons in preheated pan. Fry over a moderate/high heat for 5 mins or until cooked stirring as they cook. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
