How to cook from frozen

1. Air Fryer (Recommended for Crispiness)

• Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
• Place frozen shrimp cakes in a single layer.
• Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
• Check for a golden-brown color and ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

2. Pan-Frying (Crispy Exterior)

• Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
• Add frozen shrimp cakes and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, pressing down slightly.
• Cook until golden brown and heated through (75°C / 165°F internal temp).

3. Oven (Less Oil, Even Cooking)

• Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
• Place shrimp cakes on a lined baking sheet.
• Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.

4. Deep Frying (Crunchiest Option)

• Heat oil to 175°C (350°F).
• Fry frozen shrimp cakes for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
• Drain on paper towels before serving.
