New York Deli Style Pastrami – 125g

It’s not entirely wrong to think of pastrami as American. This classic New York deli meat made from cured, smoked, and spiced beef was an innovation of Romanian immigrants who came to the United States in the late 19th century.

We only use Australian Navel End Brisket, that’s cured in our blend of spices. We then apply a second coat of seasoning before getting expertly smoked by our pitt-master until perfectly tender.

Pastrami is the ultimate sliced sandwich meat, in our opinion.

Delicious Pastrami Serving Suggestions

1. Classic Pastrami Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Fresh rye bread
  • Sliced pastrami
  • Swiss cheese
  • Sauerkraut
  • Russian dressing

Instructions:

  1. Toast the rye bread until golden brown.
  2. Layer the pastrami slices generously on one slice of bread.
  3. Add Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on top of the pastrami.
  4. Spread Russian dressing on the other slice of bread.
  5. Close the sandwich, slice it in half, and enjoy!

2. Pastrami Reuben

Ingredients:

  • Rye bread
