Allow the chicken to thaw in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before cooking.

Ensure the chicken is fully thawed by checking for any cold or hard spots.

Cold Water Method (Quick Thaw):

Keep the Stuffed Chicken Mini Roasters in their packaging or place them in a sealed, leak-proof plastic bag.

Submerge the bag in a large bowl of cold water.

Change the water every 30 minutes to maintain a cold temperature.

The chicken should thaw within 2-3 hours, depending on size and thickness.

Cook immediately after thawing using this method.

Oven Cooking Instructions:

For Thawed Stuffed Chicken Mini Roasters:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Season the Stuffed Chicken Mini Roasters with a little olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Place the thawed Chicken Mini Roasters in the baking dish, leaving space between each piece.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil to keep the chicken moist.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the foil for the last 5-10 minutes of baking to brown the top.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

From Frozen:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Season the Stuffed Chicken Mini Roasters with a little olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Place the frozen Stuffed Chicken Mini Roasters in the baking dish, leaving space between each piece.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
