We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 7-day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the product for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 7 days of making a purchase.

Cancellation and refunds of orders is permitted if notified by phone on 0982 469 767 prior to the time that the products are dispatched with the driver or transport company.

Once products are dispatched then refunds shall not be permitted.

In the event that a product delivered is missing, damaged or expired then the company will determine whether a refund is appropriate and if so issue in either cash or store credit.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

You will need to attach a shipping label to the package and ship it one of our shipping agents it to the address on the shipping label.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
